guys, this is a totally fake video. report this frauduler to youtube, guys. PROVE : 1. this video doesn't provide any kind of diagram. 2. TL431 is not a transistor, its a reference voltage , or a adjustable zener IC . 3. 24c08 is a memory IC and needs to be program to work, and has a serial in- serial out kind of input output. 24c08 doesn't to anything alonely. it needs to a microcontroller to exchange data with. there is nothing to do with a analogue video signal, through 24c08 ! on the other hand, even if we imagine it does, (while it doesn't) , IT WILL NEED A HEX FILE OR BINARY FILE, WHILE THIS Fraudster DOESN'T SHOW AND DOESN'T WRITE ANYTHING ABOUT IT! just report this video guys. i checked his websites too. both of his websites are empty of a useful diagram and circuit.
